tech Tino began to save the day.....Not only a "WOW "factor to now a days, get
such great quality service but refreshing, and it made my experience with Land
Rover there in Cary, NC a breath of fresh air. As a business owner myself now for
8 years so many people working with customers look at great service as "just
being a part of their job". Right away as I called your location from Charlotte,
NC regarding a signal globe light for my Range Rover that my dealer here in
Charlotte was so telling me was impossible to get and that it could not be
located ANYWHERE until the 18th of July !!!.. I was so upset and so surprised at
such bad and uncaring service. I searched online and located YOUR PARTS
DEPARTMENT THERE IN CARY... a WHOLE ALMOST THREE HOURS FROM CHARLOTTE. RIGHT
AWAY....Tino got on the line and began to make a refreshing difference three
hours away.. As I explained the problem of not being able to find the light
anywhere , and what the parts department here in Charlotte had proclaimed , he right away took
on the task and proclaim to me that "he would find me a light". Honestly I
didn't know just because of what I had experienced here in Charlotte .. but sure
enough within an hours time , Tino had done and fulfilled his "Royal Red Carpet
Treatment" until he was calling me the next day sending me out ...GUESS WHAT?
